John Ward
Director & co-founder
John is an experienced corporate finance professional, who has an extensive track record in structuring, negotiating, and executing high value, complex transactions throughout an extensive career.
John successfully structured the sale of Kinesis Health Technologies to a US-based strategic acquirer, Linus Health, and served as an advisor to mobile software firm Openback Limited, which was acquired by Twitter.
John was formerly Vice President of Corporate Finance at Aggregate Holding S.A., a European investment firm with assets of €4.9 billion, during which time he structured the sale of VIC Properties S.A., one of Portugal’s largest real estate development companies, to a consortium of hedge funds at an enterprise value of €670 million. Other projects included securing the injection of €190 million of new capital, alongside refinancing €1 billion of existing project debt, to fully fund the completion of Project Fürst, a landmark tower development in Berlin's prime Kürfurstendamm shopping district.

John has also previously worked in financing private equity acquisitions at the investment banks Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Natixis in London, and in M&A advisory at Pegasus Capital in Dublin. John has a degree in Business Mathematics & Statistics from the London School of Economics.
John has an extensive experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions, and a wide network of contacts at major private equity funds across Europe and the US, as well as decision makers at major corporations.

Erbil is a corporate finance specialist, with deep expertise across debt, equity, and M&A
At Aggregate Holdings SA, Erbil was involved in structuring successful sale transactions valued at over €2 billion. His other roles included REIT investor relations with PEKGY AS, and brokerage roles at Specialist Finance Centre and PBF Investments.
An entrepreneur at heart, Erbil has founded several businesses including La Rose Finance Ltd, an NACFB approved Commercial Finance brokerage firm and is also a qualified mortgage advisor (CeMAP). Erbil studied accounting at Cass Business School.
